BIOGRAPHY
I'm David Stachura, a broadly trained scientist with expertise in immunology, hematology, developmental biology, dermatology, and stem cell biology.

For nine years, I was a professor at California State University Chico (Chico State) where I ran a large successful laboratory, mentoring many students, teaching, obtaining federal and state funding for research, writing and publishing manuscripts, and solving directed research goals.
To translate my research to helping people in a more direct way, I became the Chief Scientific Officer at SpecBio and FACTORFIVE skincare where we are using human mesenchymal stem cells to not only make great skincare products, but also to develop treatments for wounds. Our goal is to make innovative products that accelerate wound healing to increase people's quality of life.

Additionally, I recently started a non-profit biotechnology company called Philanthropic Pharma focused on making treatments to help people in a humane, non-profit driven manner. That company is a non-profit 501c3; please donate to that cause.

Finally, I also provide scientific and educational consulting services to clients in Northern California and beyond. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, my focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship. I’ll work with you to create a customized plan of action, whether or not you're an established entity or just starting out.
